1. Research, analysis and assistance for a Linguistic Engineering Group

A Linguistic Engineering company that provides multilingual R+D+I solutions to companies and entities focused on knowledge management and the application of Information Technologies was looking at possible tie-ups in India.

We researched the content market, gave them briefs of different companies and based on their short listed companies, set up meetings with them.

2. Assistance in business development for a Spanish Telecentre

We identified Telecentres in India for a non-profit Spanish Telecentre, specialising in promoting new technologies, for the development of new and flexible ways of working. They were looking at partners to joint synergies.

We undertook the same successfully.

3. Business Development for Indian Company in Europe

Exploratory contacts. We have been exploring contacts, networking seminar in 5
countries and arranging one on one meetings with the interested companies.

Partner/Vendor Identification

1. Assistance to a Malaysian University to identify the right partner

A University in Malaysia, specialising in Distance education was looking at collaboration with Indian companies on e-learning. We are in the process of identifying the right partners for them.

2. Identifying a vendor for a Spanish IT association

We successfully identified, short listed and selected a vendor for the development of 'e-learning - ready' training material. Our client was an IT association in Spain.

3. Identifying a partner for a multinational Software company:

A multinational software company who are among the top three in the world specialising in the sheet metal industry have selected us to identify partners in India to cater to their outsourcing needs.

4. Assistance in identifying potential partners for a US based company

We conducted a preliminary search based on the requirement, short listed companies and organised meetings for a US$ 190 million MNC A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering and construction) company was looking at tie-ups with Indian firms for product development in the areas of CAD and Engineering Information Management development.

5. Assistance for a European company to identify an outsourcing partner

A Company in Europe was looking for an outsourcing partner for the design and
development of online Comics. We have undertaken the project.

6. Assistance to a European Client

We assisted a client in Europe, who was looking at an outsourcing partner in India,
for its product development.
